A long-standing client of the agency, Cedric Grolet entrusted us with the creation of the website for his new, regressive chocolate world. An immersive experience designed to prolong the magic of La Chocolaterie, both in-store and online.
Overview
Enchanting décor, a spectacular chocolate wall and iconic creations: the boutique’s opening immediately captivated gourmets and set social networks ablaze. Every detail celebrates exceptional craftsmanship, a blend of refinement, generosity and emotion.
A long-standing Symediane customer, CEDRIC GROLET entrusted us with the creation of this new digital ecosystem, with a clear challenge: to translate the elegance and singularity of La Chocolaterie into an e-commerce experience that matches the chef and his world.

Chocolate as a show
We imagined an immersive digital experience, faithful to the magical world of La Chocolaterie. Meticulous art direction, refined UX/UI design, fluid purchase path: every choice has been thought out to showcase the product, arouse desire and guide naturally towards conversion.
At the same time, we helped the chef define his artistic image direction, in order to design visuals that perfectly resonated with his world, and were playful, aesthetically pleasing and consistent with the brand’s DNA.
At Shopify Plus, we’ve designed a robust and elegant e-commerce platform capable of sustaining the excitement around the brand. The experience was extended by a complete omnichannel system: deployment of the Shopify POS in-store, Click & Collect, and perfect continuity between the physical and digital spaces.
