Overview
For over 15 years, Cavissima has been selecting the quintessential wines for enlightened wine lovers and discerning enthusiasts alike. A veritable digital wine library, the platform brings together over 5,000 references from the finest terroirs, combining vins de garde, primeurs, grands crus and creative winemakers.
Symediane has been working for several years with its branding partner, Agence DD, which designed Cavissima’s entire brand image: visual identity, logo and graphic system, as part of the redesign and repositioning of the brand.

Faced with a highly complex catalogue and a fiercely competitive market, we undertook a comprehensive modernisation of the platform to reposition the brand.
Aimed at both amateur and expert users, several user journeys were designed and pre-validated through a mobile-first wireframing phase, prior to the roll-out of the UX/UI based on the branding designed by Agence DD.
The mobile experience was prioritised from the outset, whilst ensuring the accessibility of all features. Given the technical complexity and breadth of the catalogue, a comprehensive design system was developed to ensure consistency, scalability and clarity across the entire platform.
The platform, now more modern and fluid, showcases the products, but above all Cavissima’s expertise, through new features, a refreshed brand image and a deployment and acquisition strategy tailored to an audience often discovering the brand for the first time.
