Overview
Since 2013, Alain Ducasse has been developing a world dedicated to chocolate, enriched by coffee in 2019 and ice cream in 2021. The Manufacture embodies a demanding artisanal approach, focused on the origin, transformation and intensity of flavors.
Beyond its products, the brand conveys a genuine culture of taste through its addresses and e-commerce, with a clear ambition for internationalization and growth.

Expertise
conversion and brand storytelling
We designed a new bespoke e-commerce theme on Prestashop, in collaboration with creative studio Soins Graphiques, to translate the Manufacture’s DNA into a coherent and expressive digital experience. The UX/UI work was guided by the central issue of conversion, essential for a fast-growing e-commerce platform.
The richness of the offer: chocolate, coffee, ice cream, as well as the highlights of the year such as Easter and Christmas, implied a clear hierarchy of content and a high visibility of the collections. The site was thus designed to structure the universes, highlight the key moments and enable each range to stand out, while maintaining fluid, high-performance navigation, up to the high standards of the Manufacture.
In 2025, following the same logic of evolution and conversion requirements, we have redesigned the homepage to make it more immersive, by integrating video content and an elegant, emotional visual style capable of conveying the world of the Manufacture right from the start.
