Founded by Chef Alain Ducasse, the Ducasse Paris Group embodies a committed vision of gastronomy, based on excellence, the passing on of knowledge, and respect for life.
With a presence in nine countries, the group brings together more than 2,000 employees across complementary sectors: Michelin-starred restaurants, production facilities, retail outlets and centres of learning. Across all its activities, the Group champions fair, responsible and sustainable cuisine.
A long-standing client of Symediane, Alain Ducasse entrusted us, right from the start of his digital journey, with the design of a collection of showcase websites for all his brands and areas of expertise.

Taste of excellence
To guide the visual direction and ensure the distinct identity of Alain Ducasse’s brands, we have designed three distinct template styles: traditional, conceptual and luxury, enabling each website to reflect its own unique character whilst maintaining overall consistency.
We have therefore created a responsive UX/UI design experience, featuring large, immersive visuals to offer clear, elegant navigation that is instantly recognisable as part of the Ducasse Paris Group’s world, all dominated by a palette of refined blues and a distinctive signature typeface, designed by Soins Graphiques.
Each page showcases the Group’s areas of expertise: restaurants, production facilities, schools, publishing and hospitality, whilst highlighting the responsible culinary vision and lasting emotional impact that form the foundation of the Ducasse identity.
